A team led by Chief Executive, Matt Wightman has now completed the Management Buy-Out of HL Interactive.
As part of the MBO, UK top 30 law firm Halliwells has retained a 10% stake in the business.
Mike Hutchins, former managing director of Royal Bank of Scotland's Retail Division, has been appointed as Chairman of the business moving forward.
