  • Enhancing our systems and processes to increase efficiency, workflow management and reduce risk

  • Regular internal client brainstorming meetings to bring new ideas to clients and offer to pilot new services

  • Introducing web-based services to augment transparency

  • Piloting paperless files in line with the firms commitment to reduce its carbon footprint

  • Introducing text messaging as update and reminder mechanisms for end customers to aid rehabilitation

  • Producing information leaflets on a range of topics with useful contact details, which will be posted on our website and made available to your customers - commencing December 2010

  • Developing a seminar programme to cover a range of topical business and legal issues which we can deliver at a clients' premesis or at our office. Current topics available include:
    • Insolvency & Receivership
    • Bankruptcy
    • Disclosure Obligations

  • Continuing our internal skills enhancement programmes with team modules on Treating Customers Fairly, Communication and Negotiation Skills, etc

  • Offering personnel exchanges and shadowing where beneficial to clients and to HL Interactive
