Mike was a career banker with the RBS Group for over 40 years. He was Managing Director of the Retail Banking Division and was responsible for all the RBS and Natwest branches in the UK.

Since retiring from the RBS in 2004, he has acted as a consultant to a number of listed and private copmanies and various firms.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers in both England and Scotland.

Mike joined HL Interactive as a consultant in 2004 and became Non Executive Chairman following the MBO in April 2009.
