Since qualifying as a solicitor in September 2007 Claire has worked solely in the area of litigation dealing with a variety of contentious commercial disputes from simple non-payment of invoices through to complex shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims and Director Disqualification proceedings.

Claire worked closely with dedicated Debt Recovery teams, providing advice, assistance and mentoring to a team of 10 junior fee earners dealing with high volume debt recovery cases for a variety of clients, including Waverley TBS, InBev and E.On Energy.

Claire was specifically engaged by HLI to build not only on the current offering in complex litigation, but also to establish and develop a Debt Recovery service for existing and new clients.
